We offer free cancellation if your reservation is cancelled at least 3 days before the date of your arrival. If you cancel after this time or fail to arrive, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
For direct bookings: please send us an email at thegurkhablackpool@gmail.com if you would like to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
For bookings via a third party (such as booking.com): Unfortunately, we are unable to make amendments to your booking from our end so please contact them directly should you wish to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
